God’s grace is not some fluffy church phrase that has no substance. It is powerful, it is life changing, it is uplifting, it is amazing, it is more than what you could ever think of.

Grace makes us qualify for what we don’t even deserve. It helps in breaking limits beyond human understanding. In other words, God’s grace denote to me as God’s security, i.e it secures anything, just mention it anything at all because he is willing to protect you at every phase of your life.

His grace is incomparable. It gives strength, peace and might from within. Your worst days are never so bad that you are beyond the reach of God’s grace, and your best days are never so good that you’re beyond the need of God’s grace. He gives freely not looking at the situations around.

You might not be what you ought to be. You might not be what you wish to be. You might not be what you hope to be. But remember one thing that you are worth more than yesterday by God’s grace.

God knows the perfect time to send you exactly that thing you are longing for. Trust God. Everything will work in the right way at the right time.

Sometimes we are so caged in our imaginations that we forget to start working on them. We so much love fairy tales right? Of course the imaginations can be so beautiful. But then, have you forgotten that no one will work on your future for you except you? And that you don’t plan for the future in the future?

Probably you don’t know that your “what ifs” will never be a reality if it is not changed to “I will”. That fulfilled life you so much envy was seasoned with “I will” so many times. Going through life without setting goals is like going on a road trip without a map.

Take a pause and think! The development all over the whole world did not just happen in a day. It was a process with action. Remember talk can be very cheap. But it becomes so amazing when action is being taken. Replace your “what ifs” with “I will definitely do it” and your “maybes” with “I believe in myself”.

The greatest piece a graceful soul could possess is CONTENTMENT. To be content doesn’t mean you don’t desire more it means you are thankful for what you have and patient for what is to come.

Thankfulness create gratitude which generates contentment that brings peace beyond human understanding. The biggest secrets happiness is valuing what you have and valuing what others have. Being happy for others is part of living a good life.
It is not what you have or who you are or where you are or what you are doing that makes you unhappy. It is what you think about it. Accountability is a culture that makes up a great person and makes such individual keep pushing.

It is so important to know that being accountable for everything is not a bad idea. Rather, it’s a preparation for the future.

There’s a difference between covering and accountability. Real accountability is only present in our lives when we have a personal relationship with people who can speak into our hearts, our circumstances and our relationships.

Note, it is either you make yourself accountable or you’ll be made accountable by your circumstances.
Accept responsibilities for your actions. Be accountable for your results. Take ownership for your mistakes.

The more you take responsibilities for your past and present, the more you are able to create the future you seek. It’s a gradual process, please enjoy the process. Of course, it will take time; but trust me you’ll love and embrace the end result.

You must learn to take responsibilities for your own choices and actions; for you learn nothing until you take ownership for your life.

One of the important things a leader does is to manage or create a culture. In other words, if a culture is not well- managed, it may be destroyed.

A culture can only seem interesting when it is being well-managed by its people. It widens the mind of its people. It helps in guiding minds on what to do and what should not be done.

Culture is set for belief and so the people believe in it. It also helps humanity to grow uniquely. Therefore, to be universal you have to be rooted in your own culture.

Have you ever taken the time to ask yourself questions like;
✓why am I not getting it?
✓why does he or she not like me?
✓why is it that anytime I try to get attention from audience, I don’t get it?

Really what you are lacking is APPROACH. It is important that you give a good approach to everything or anyone. In other words, the way you approach someone is the way you will be perceived by that person. If you have taken your time to sit and think about that challenge you’re facing, you would have come to realise that the approach you gave to it is why it didn’t yield positive result. A good intention with a bad approach often yields negative results.

You need to learn how to approach everything as though it’s a new world. Take for instance, a teacher who doesn’t give a student a good approach at his first class may not get receptivity from those students, except if he makes a change in his approach.

A different approach with the same attitude doesn’t make any difference at all. You must change your approach in order to change your results. More often, a good intention with a bad approach do lead to a poor result.
